Starting your running journey can be a daunting task. Not knowing where to start, too much too soon and not knowing how many times you should be running can be a non starter.


We've teamed up Fitness from Africa to get you started on your running journey. This is a 10 week running program to get you up to running a 5k.


Remember - this is your journey. It's not about speed, aim to be consistent with your runs and sticking to the program. Give your body time to adapt and enjoy the process!


The training program will be emailed to you after checkout.
