Our return and exchange policy lasts within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
Free shipping is only offered one way to the customer. If you need to exchange or return your items for a refund. This will be done at the customers cost. Please email koakoaactive@gmail.com with your order number, exchange or return option and we will forward you the relevant information.
