1. Where is KOAKOA Active based?
We are based in Cape Town, South Africa.

2. Do you ship outside South Africa?
At the moment, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping will be added in the future.

3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days across South Africa. Deliveries to outlying areas may take slightly longer.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, EFT, and SnapScan.

5. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Contact us if you need help with sizing.

6. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

7. Are KOAKOA products sustainable?
Our products are designed for durability and we are working towards using more eco-friendly fabrics and packaging.

8. How should I wash KOAKOA Activewear?
Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle. Air dry only. Do not tumble dry.

9. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. KOAKOA gift cards are available in different amounts online.
