Our return and exchange policy lasts within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
Free shipping is only offered one way to the customer. Should you need to exchange or return your items for a refund. This will be done at the customers cost. Please email info@koakoaactive.com with your order number, exchange or return option and we will forward you the relevant information.
Sale Items
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS on items purchased on sale
(Please note using a discount code does not count as a sale item, only if the product is already marked down on the site). All items discounted or on sale are a final sale and cannot be returned. No exchanges or refunds. Items purchased using a coupon code are eligible for returns or exchanges, however the value of the item will stay the discounted amount. Refunds take 5-7 working days.
