High Protein Flapjacks Recipe by Chloe Grootboom

Who doesn't love sweets for breakfast and double bonus if it's healthy! Try this delicious recipe by Chloe which comes with vegan and regular options. Downloadable recipe card at the bottom.

1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1tbs baking powder
1scoop protein powder(optional) 
1 cup plant milk 
1tsp vanilla essence
1tbs apple cider vinegar
Mix the 3 wet ingredients and let it rest for 5mins
Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl
Mix the 2 together and let it rest for 5-10 mins
Heat a pan and pour a soup ladle sized amount into a hot pan
Flip the flapjack when bubbles appear.
Also perfect for your waffle maker!🥞
Last but not least - top it off with your fave toppings. I used vegan Salted Caramel Ice cream & orbs dark chocolate balls.
Non-Vegan recipe:
Replace the apple cider with an egg and add regular milk instead of plant milk
